SPECTRE - VETERINARY ANATOMY ATLAS

WHAT IS SPECTRE?

Tired of flat diagrams? So were we.

That’s exactly why we built Spectre.

We wanted to move anatomy away from static 2D images and turn it into something you can actually explore. With Spectre, veterinary anatomy becomes interactive, spatial, and much easier to understand.

WHY SPECTRE?

Veterinary school is already challenging—learning complex structures from textbooks shouldn’t make it harder.

Spectre makes anatomy more intuitive by letting you learn in two connected ways:

  • Augmented Reality (AR)
Bring anatomy into your real space. Place 3D models on your desk, rotate them, zoom in, and study them like you would in a real lab setup. This is the core experience you’ll use for everyday learning.
  • AI Support (in the background)
When you need deeper understanding, Spectre’s AI helps identify and organize anatomical structures, making it easier to connect what you see with what you’re studying in the lab.

How IT WORKS

No setup, no complexity.

  • Open the app
  • Select a structure
  • View it in 3D or AR
  • Explore it from every angle

That’s it!

TRY THE DEMO

See how anatomy feels when it’s not stuck on a page.

The demo is still evolving, and your feedback directly helps us improve the experience for students.

How to Use the Demo (AR Setup)

The Spectre demo is designed to get you started in seconds.

For Augmented Reality (AR) features, you’ll need the Spectre marker sheet. Simply print or display the marker on another screen, then open the AR mode inside the app.

Point your camera at the marker, and the 3D anatomical model will appear in your real environment. From there, you can move around it, rotate it, and explore it from different angles.

No technical setup is required—just open, scan, and explore..

USED WORLDWIDE

Spectre is actively used by a global community, with more than 2,000 users in 81 countries.

This early adoption reflects the demand for more interactive and accessible veterinary education tools, and continues to guide the development of the platform.

SUPPORTED BY IVSA PATHOLOGY NETWORK

Spectre is developed with the support of the IVSA Pathology Network, contributing to its academic accuracy and relevance in veterinary education.

This collaboration helps ensure that the content aligns with real educational needs while supporting international student engagement.

FOR INSTITUTIONS

If you’re looking to bring more interactive tools into your teaching environment, we’d be happy to connect and show how Spectre fits into your curriculum.
